The devs have already said ( multiple times) that they are working on changing the launcher patching system.
When I select some products inside the product catalog and I try to update them, I get the following error: An error occurred while updating the product(s) status. 220.127.116.11 How can I solve that and where can I check the problem?
Solved: Needed to increase the size of Just as an idea - why it can occur - Maybe your products have different Attribute sets and some of Sets doesn't contain an attribute which you are trying to change.
Click "View Detail..." a window will open where you can expand the "Inner Exception" my guess is that when you try to delete the record there is a reference constraint violation.
The inner exception will give you more information on that so you can modify your code to remove any references prior to deleting the record.
From the way this issue is shaping out, it seems like I'll just have to put up with it or find a solid solution.
